To change your account details you must first be ‘logged in’. Select the ‘my account’ link on the right hand side of the tool bar on the my tools / my plan page.

You can change your name, e-mail address and password in the ‘my account’ area.

5How do I unsubscribe from receiving further information about alli?
Each email you are sent from alli will have the option to unsubscribe. Clicking on the unsubscribe link will stop you receiving emails from alli. Alternatively you can manage your communication preferences within the my account section.

6What do I do if I’ve changed my email address?
You can change your email address within the my account section.

7I’ve changed / lost my email address, what’s my next step?
If you do remember your username and password, you can log into the my tools / my plan section of the website and update your email address.
If you can’t remember your log in details and you have also lost your email address you will need to register again.

8How do I log out from alli?
If you wish to log out of your alli account at any time use the “Log out” link at the top of every page.
If you are viewing the alli site on a public computer you should ensure you are logged out from the computer once you have finished using it.

9Does it cost anything to use the plan and tools?

11I can't seem to manage to complete the registration process.
Please be sure to enter all your details correctly. And don't forget to give us your consent for processing your information. The user name is not case-sensitive and can consist of any combination of letters, numbers and under-scoring, but cannot contain any spaces. The password must be at least 6 characters long and cannot be the same as the user name. If this information is not entered correctly you will not be able to log on. Passwords are case-sensitive, so the caps lock key must be correctly set.

12Does my browser need to have cookies activated?
Yes, you will need to ensure your cookies have not been disabled to access this website.

13When will my tools / my plan be available?
If you have signed up online, after you submit the questionnaire, your my plan will be ready straight away on the website. You will also receive an e-mail that will provide you with a link to log back in to the website at a later date.

14I have forgotten the my tools / my plan online user name.
You can get your online user name at any time. Click here for your online user name.
